Need Help?

  2. Web NFC is currently only supported on Android devices using Chrome.
  3. Place your phone's NFC reader (usually near the top or center of the back) directly on the NFC tag.
  4. Move your phone slowly over the tag to find the optimal position.
  5. Remove any thick phone cases that might be blocking the NFC signal.

The wine bottle has two NFC tags:

  • Label Tag: Embedded in or behind the front label of the wine bottle.
  • Cork Tag: Embedded in the cork or underneath the foil capsule at the top of the bottle.

Both tags must be scanned for complete verification.

If mobile NFC verification isn't working, you can try these alternatives:

  • Use the Desktop Verification with an external NFC reader.
  • Look up the bottle by ID if it's printed on the label.
  • Contact customer support for assistance.
